Nigerian Victor Osimhen grabbed the headline in Italy once again, following his latest brace for Napoli on Saturday.

 

Osimhen scored a second-half brace in front of their fans to keep Napoli’s title dream alive.

 

It was the second brace in six days, as he netted in the 2-1 success at Hellas Verona last Sunday.

 

His performance however earned him another round of praises from Italian media.

 

Corriere Dello Sport, in its Campania edition today, dedicates the first page to Victor Osimhen, star of Napoli-Udinese with the headline:

 

“Let’s dare. Giant Victor: second double in a row and Udinese overturned (2-1). Napoli gains strength in the Scudetto fight: 24 points in the second leg and second place at -3 from Milan, who won 1-0 in Cagliari thanks to a goal from Bennacer. Inter are gone: 1-1 with Fiorentina.”

 

Osimhen is Napoli’s top scorer this season with 15 goals in all competitions, despite missing six weeks with a facial injury and COVID-19 related issues.
