TWIN SISTERS WHO GOT MARRIED TO TWIN BROTHERS

Identical twin sisters Zaakira Mitchell and Shaakira White were happily surprised when they became pregnant weeks apart.

They were downright amazed when they gave birth on the same day just an hour apart.

The 20-year-old sisters from South Carolina were due to give birth three weeks apart but ended up both becoming mothers on July 24.

Mitchell decided to be induced on July 24, two days before her due date, and arrived at the Columbia, South Carolina, hospital with her twin sister by her side for support.

White, whose due date was August 16, was scheduled for a check-up at Palmetto Health Baptist Hospital that day and told doctors she’d been experiencing contractions.

Doctors then discovered that White was going into early labour and was already five to six centimeters dilated, according to the sisters’ physician, Dr David Ferguson.
